You’re using a custom layout for the Checkout and this issue is related to the layout builder because the plugin uses special hooks to show buttons that are not present on the default page builder checkout layout. Two different approaches can fix it:

1. Disable the layout builder on your checkout page.

Or

2. We have a special widget called Woocommerce Hook in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. Add two WooCommerce Hook widgets (https://prnt.sc/WTZskFWC8rhA) to your checkout layout page, and choose woocommerce_before_checkout_form in one element (https://prnt.sc/zPhwwNpXQS7d) , and woocommerce_checkout_before_customer_details in another (https://prnt.sc/3kABxdgMJg5w). But I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.
