vinbro888ParticipantHello, this is a very powerful theme, I like it very much, but I have a problem.
Some pages of the website have navigation elements that are not displayed. When I clear the cache, they will be displayed temporarily, but after a day or two, other pages will not be displayed.
1. All server cache and website cache plugins are turned off and not used.
2. When using cache, turn on regular clearing.
3. All file permissions of the website have been modified.
4. The theme, plugins and wordpress have been updated to the latest version.I have tried many of the above methods to solve it, but the disappearance of elements still sometime occurs. This situation only occurs when the browser is not logged in to the website.
I have racked my brains and still don’t know where the problem is. Can you help me?
Looking forward to your reply as soon as possible, thank you very much!Attachments:

vinbro888ParticipantThis screen recording shows that navigation elements are not displayed. Sometimes the home page is not displayed, and sometimes other pages are not displayed.

vinbro888ParticipantI’m sorry to disturb your weekend. I really can’t sleep or eat until this problem is solved.
This problem does not occur every time. My temporary solution is to keep clearing the cache, but the navigation elements will still disappear on some page after one or two days in sometime, That’s crazing!
Now the navigation is displayed normally because the cache has been cleared. I don’t know if this will affect you to find the cause. The username and pw in private content.
Thank you so much!July 2, 2024 at 10:11 am #576948
Hung PhamKeymasterHi vinbro888,
Thanks for details.
Are you referring to navigations under Page Title? https://ibb.co/LYyT89x
You should disable
Mobile DOM optimization (experimental)
option in Theme Settings > Performance > Other and double check. https://prnt.sc/NEd76ZnsfTVDRegards,

vinbro888ParticipantI mean the elements in the main navigation bar disappeared again. Please see my first problem description.

vinbro888ParticipantI used chatgpt to help me find the reasons why the navigation elements disappeared, and the answer it gave was that the theme code css was not loaded correctly. This problem also appeared after I updated to the latest version of the theme. Can you fix the theme bugs as soon as possible? Because this website is already online, it has now seriously affected the user’s browsing experience, so the customer has also lost his trust in me.
The answer given by chatgpt below:
CSS Errors: The stylesheet did not load correctly, possibly due to an incorrect file path or syntax errors in the CSS file.
JavaScript Issues: Errors in the JavaScript code may prevent elements from rendering or displaying correctly.
Responsive Design: Elements may be hidden or altered for certain screen sizes or devices due to media queries in CSS.July 5, 2024 at 8:55 am #581101

vinbro888ParticipantThe issues was reappeared again. https://meketech.com/
Clearing the cache only temporarily solves the problem, and the problem will reappear in a day or two.July 10, 2024 at 6:42 am #582240
vinbro888ParticipantAfter modifying and saving the website backend content and settings, the navigation will appear, but it will disappear after a day or two, so it’s not that the problem was finally solved. I don’t know what reason this problem. There is nothing wrong with my server configuration and cache plug-in settings, because my other theme websites are running fine. It just this theme has a bug. Please find out the reason and fix it as soon as possible. My clients are extremely disappointed in me.
July 10, 2024 at 6:57 am #582244
vinbro888ParticipantNow when browsing the page without logging in, the navigation disappears. Browsing after logging in is normal.
At this time, any operation in the background of the website is saved, then the navigation is displayed without logged in, but it will disappear again after one or two days. Can someone reply me?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi vinbro888,
I pointed this in the previous replies: You should disable
