How can we disable HTML block from displaying in my account page?

We use retail demo:

+ Footer tab and turn on Disable Prefooter option https://prnt.sc/nyVd5KkCZK4W

+ Page Title tab and turn on Disable page title option https://prnt.sc/6fRZzbFOdbqi
