Product filter + single variations

Hello,
We have enabled options “Show single variation” and “Hide variations parent” in theme settings.
Some of the variable products have attributes that are not used for variations, but they’re set as “visible on the product page”. In this case the product filter (built with theme) is not filtering by attributes – it shows 0 products found.
Is there any workaround how to make the filter show single variations when their parent product has got an attribute assigned? It just should count as a global attribute which is applied for the parent product and all variations inside.

Navigate to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Advanced and disable “Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering.”

Clear the cache and recheck the issue.
