    Hello, We purchased your theme from https://themeforest.net/
    Item ID: 20264492
    However, when I activate, I get an error:
    “The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.”

    Our API server currently is experiencing technical problems so some functions may not work as expected. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please continue using the theme without activation for now. All functions will work as expected.
