WoodMart conflict with shipping zones with zip codes

Thank you for reading!

I have an issue with the WoodMart theme conflicting with the WooCommerce shipping zones using ZIP codes.

I noticed this when someone checks out from another device or from my computer in incognito mode, as the shipping zones are not recognized. However, if I’m logged into the WordPress page, it works fine.

I tested by changing the theme of the page, and the expected results are shown according to the shipping zone.

I have also tried clearing the cache, and it doesn’t work.
I would appreciate any guidance you can provide on this matter.

As we can see, our theme is no longer active on your website. Please activate it now and also provide us with your admin access. We will switch between themes and test how it works.

Could you please temporarily disable all plugins unrelated to our theme? Also, record a video demonstrating the problem so we can understand how to reproduce the issue.
