    Hello, there are visibility issues with header contents, icons, and other elements after installing the theme

    Hello,

    It seems to be a cache problem. Try to temporarily disable the cache plugin and remove the server cache/browser cache /site cache and check the issue.

    I have removed the cache plugin and refreshed the browser, but the action was not successful. I kindly request your intervention using the credentials previously provided.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    I have tried removing all non-essential plugins, but unfortunately, the issue persists. Apologies for the persistence, but I am experiencing significant difficulties in working.

    I have tried performing the following actions: clearing the cache, changing the header, importing the header, and assigning new menus, but the visibility is completely compromised.

    Hello,

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
