Woodmart Recent Posts Widget Not Showing on Shop and Categories Pages

    I’m using Woodmart theme and WPML plugins, for some reason, the widget Woodmart Recent Posts is not showing only on Shop page and product categories, on all other pages it is working fine. I have tried disabling all plugins one by one, and when disabling WPML Multilingual CMS plugin, the widget starts to show up on shop page and product categories.

    Firstly, i have contacted the WPML support, they investigated the issue and was told that the issue is on woodmart’s side, we have tried to reproduce the issue on a sandbox website, and the issue occurs even if all WPML plugins where disabled.

    Please help with this issue.

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    Recent Posts widget should be placed in the pages which are not WooCommerce Pages. Shop and Categories products should display filter widgets, recent products only, it also makes sense.

    Not so helpful response, i have a different website which runs with Woodmart and WPML plugins, and the widget Woodmart Recent Posts is working fine on Categories and Shop pages.

    I checked your example site and it likes I replied, this is not Recent Posts widget, it’s Related Product widgets https://prnt.sc/cqZB7IIFxAme

    Please go to Appearance > Widgets > and add Products widgets https://prnt.sc/MLEz1f9IYpFT

    I was talking about the recent post widget, from footer, not sidebar, the issue was resolved, it was caused by a filter from functions.php (child theme).
