    he plug-in won’t install as shown in the attached photo. I tried it with all the linked accounts, but it won’t install. Please let me know why.

    Hello,

    Please make a full backup of your site and check how category menus work with the default WordPress theme like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not.
