Stock Status Not Changing

    Hello,

    When we try to change the stock status of a variation product (eg to Out Of Stock) it does not stick after saving.

    If we switch theme to Storefront then the stock status change works as expected.

    Please can you advise as to the issue?

    Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache and check the issue.

    Hello,

    Your screenshot shows a variation product (white spoon) which we had to set using the manage stock function and setting the stock to 0.

    Please try another variation and changing the stock status of that variation to ‘out of stock’and you will see the issue.

    I have changed the stock status of your other variation to “Out of Stock”. It is working fine. Check back your site and check the issue.

    Hello,

    Please check again. The ‘Manage Stock’ was checked for each variation which overides the standard stock status.

    Try the following steps:

    1. Select the variation and make sure the ‘Manage Stock’ box is unchecked
    2. Change the variation that is ‘In Stock’ to ‘Out of Stock’ and click save
    3. Look at the refreshed page at the same Variation and you will see that the stock status was not changed to ‘out of stock’.

    This only happens when Woodmart theme is activated.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
