No shipping address.

    After a customer has ordered a product, he will receive an email.
    However, the expected shipping address is not included in the email message.

    There is also no shipping address on the Order Completed screen.

    Settings are correct and the customer can enter a shipping address.

    What could this be?

    Version WordPress = 6.5.5
    Version Woocommerce = 9.1.1
    Version WoodMart = 7.5.2

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Hi,

    The WooCommerce Storefront theme had no results.
    I have now been working on disabling the various plugins.

    Still no results.

    What are the standard plugins supplied by WoodMart?
    Which ones can I temporarily stop?

    But still don’t see a shipping address

    Thank you for the update. Since you’ve tested with the WooCommerce Storefront theme and still experienced the issue, it suggests the problem may not be directly related to our theme.

    OK, my client has two webshops with the WoodMart theme.
    Both has the same problem.
    But if it is not your problem.
    Some tips would be helpful.

    I would be happy to help, but I don’t know the exact cause of the issue. It’s probably either a WooCommerce configuration problem or a plugin conflict.
