Woodmart Theme is NOT updating , can you please help fix this issue

    Please help fixing this issue of not updating, you have not provide any solution since 2 months ago , see recent memo I get today:

     Unpacking the package…
    Installing the theme…
    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
    Theme installation failed.

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Do I have to Activate WP Bakery?
    I noticed that when I click update thru cPanel, Surprisingly the theme get updated , BUT the theme get back to old version the next day, this is strange practice, Any suggestion ???

    Hello,

    No, you do not have to activate WPBakery if you are not using it.

    Please record a video showing the steps you are taking to update the theme and the issue occurring the next day. This will help us better understand and diagnose the problem.
