    Hi Aizaz, Hung, Luke

I have a problem with the cart and checkout where the free delivery option is not working correctly when the established amount ($70000) is exceeded, in some areas. In the attached example, the test was done in the area: CABA

Now, the test I did was delete and add again the the established amount ($70000) for the fee delivery and “save”, and the rate for the zone works fine in the check out. The issue seems to be erratic and occurs in other zone.

Also I have desactivated all plugins.
Could please double check from your side, you can go to admin and activate or desactivate plugins if needed.

    Thanks in Advance!!!

The problem is that sporadically, some areas stop showing free shipping

If you try now: Zone: Sudamerica, Argentina, Buenos Aires – any of this Zip codes:

    1765
    1757
    1755
    1758
    1759
    1714
    1716
    1718
    1722
    1713
    1715
    1742
    1743
    1744
    1745
    1686
    1736

You will not see the free Shipping on +$70000

And if I edit again the free shipping parameter and saved again, will works

    Seems to works now.

Is it possible that it is related to the cache or something server-related?

    Hi gzelasco,

It seems related to cache server or WooCommerce setting as well. Glad to hear your issue has been resolved. Keep us in mind for future questions and concerns, we’re always here to help!

    Regards,
