When you search for products in the search box on the header, the products appear normally. But, for example, when I search for an incorrect name in the search box on the header, then pressing OK, it takes me to the wide search screen. After that, I enter the correct search word, but it tells me that nothing was found.

    Hello,

Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Try to set the “Products” post type for the search – https://take.ms/uyJMm and then recheck the issue.

    Let me know the result.

    Kind Regards

    Hello

We set it up but the issue is not resolved.

Why not try setting it yourself so as not to waste time.

    Hello,

With the product search, it works well – https://take.ms/SEtKj

As for this one from your screenshot – https://take.ms/vvT04, that search is related to the Posts and it shows only when you click on the “Show all blog results” – https://take.ms/kxead . Also, I have checked your posts and I do not see anything related to “Neclaces” – https://take.ms/pIBVa

    Kind Regards

We do not want blogs to appear in search results. We only want to show results for products when searching in full screen mode

    Hello,

So disable them via Theme Settings -> General -> Search – https://take.ms/oNHeP

    Thank you in advance.

    Kind Regards

    Hello

Thank you. The issue has been fixed when browsing from a computer. But when browsing from the phone, the problem remains the same.

    Hello,

May I disable 3rd party plugins for testing?

Also, the server blocks header builder – https://monosnap.com/file/vHl7IjofPQvrROaogGJ1DyIEdSL5S7. It seems that mod_security is enabled on your server. Contact your server and ask them to disable it.

    Kind Regards

    Hello
According to the activity log, you have already disabled the plugins.

    Can you unblock via FTP?

    Hello,

In general, you can disable it via C panel, here is an article on how to do it – https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/cpanel/how-to-disable-modsecurity-cpanel/

    Kind Regards

    Hello

I contacted siteground hosting support and they told me the following

have you checked with your theme support if there is any other way for this to be done? MOD_security is indeed enabled on all servers and website hosted by us and we do not recommend disabling it.

My dear, I realized something too. When searching with the correct word in full screen mode, only blogs appear. Products do not appear.

Also, hosting support told me this

I want to point out that while we are using a web application firewall based on mod_security, it is part of our fully managed hosting solutions and it cannot be deactivated.

That said, I checked the web application firewall logs and no errors related to your website are present. As such, please provide us with detailed, step-by-step instructions, how we can recreate the 403 Forbidden response code from your screenshot, so we can recreate it, and assist you further if the problem is hosting-related.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

If you are able to edit the Header builder, then navigate to WoodMart -> Header builder -> Mobile -> Mobile menu and set the “Product” post type here – https://take.ms/PSiMS, then it should show only products

    Kind Regards
