Users Cant Choose Payment Options

We have uninstaled plugins to bug fix the issue, but it seems that it came with the last update.
Our users cant choose payment options if Captcha is installed, and if we unnstall Captcha, user can choose, but it does not show what they have chosen.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
