Gravity forms not working in popup function

    hello,

    we have a problem with our newsletter subscription into the popup function from woodmart.
    Without popup function it’s working correct.

    at the homepage(top), click in the banner on LINK: Nu 10% korting op je eerste bestelling!
    it’s open an popup, right?

    fill Name = Naam and e-mailaddress en click on “versturen” (sending)

    When the popup is gone, click also on the LINK and you see the error. see also attachment.
    We don’t received the subscription.

    At the bottom of the website, it’s the same gravity form and works correct.

    do you know how we can solve this issue with the popup?

    Hello,

    Sorry to say I have not seen “Nu 10% korting op je eerste bestelling!” in the Top Header or not seen any popup on your site. Can you please record a short video for better understanding how to reproduce the issue on your site.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution. Also switch the child theme to parent theme.

    yes, we disable all plugins and change to parent theme.
    you have login details and can check also.

    we using the popup function from woodmart, when we use the newsletter in the bottom without popup function, everything works fine.

    So can you check?

    Hello,

    This issue is related to the presence of two identical forms on the page. When you submit a request, the values are taken from the form located at the bottom. Therefore, during the testing period, we removed the form located in the pre-footer and tested it, and as you can see, everything works fine: https://monosnap.com/file/NcExRWAb6Wgjtgg2OoKPA6tTXubyMG.
