i have already tried many things; strangely, the Trusted Shops reviews are displayed as a widget at the bottom right, an in the tab section on the Productpage.

The stars from Trusted Shops should work on their own, and before I changed my theme to Woodmart 2 weeks ago, they worked completely fine. It has to do with the Woodmart theme, or maybe the page builder? But in my old theme, I also used the WP Bakery Builder. I need the reviews from Trusted Shops because I have 2000 of them, and many customers use it because of the Buyer Protection Program.

In this case, please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

You don’t have to deactivate it. By the way, it’s not good to test it on our live website during the day because our customers are placing orders. I have found the problem: it has to do with the layout section. If I deactivate the layout for the single product page, the stars will pop up at the title. Can you tell me why the layout function from Woodmart blocks the Trusted Shops stars?

Hello,

We have a special widget called “Woocommerce Hook” in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.
