Quantity Input on Product Option

Hi,
I wanted to enable the option where people can add to cart from shop page, but when I enable that option, the quantity input is broken. Please let me know how we can fix that. Pictures attached.

Hi,
I thought it was not because of that. I did try to deactivate and check. I had another of the same plugin, may be it was because of another plugin. I changed something and now it works.
The button is fine but ,you know where you input quantity, it is coming in blue color too which does not look nice. Please check the attached picture. How do I change the background color of the input quantity to white and “Add to Cart” remain blue.
