    Hi there,
    I have an issue with woodmart theme. Everytime I update woocommerce plugin, the website craks down.. completely blank. After doing research, I have came to the conclusion it’s the theme fault.

    Please help! 🙂

    You can create a dev site – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:

    Hi again,

    I have already tested before… the issue comes from WooCommerce plugin when it’s getting updated.

    It’s the theme issue.

    hi,
    thank you.. everything is messed up.. the layout the orders, the payment methods are messed up..

    I have a backup from tonight.. I will upload it in order to have my website as usual…
    Also, you have inactivate all plugins.. and didn’t activate it back on…

    I will let you know once the backup is uploaded… after that you can take a look to fix it but please be careful…

    Strange thing is that stage website is ok when updating woocommerce plugin.
    If you try the same thing on normal website, it cracks down 🙁

    Hi,

    Again, the website goes blank after updating wocommerce plugin.

    Please fix this as everyone suggested it’s theme’s problem.

    Also, please be careful. Last time the website layout the orders, the payment methods went wrong..
