Hello, I have bought a new license for another website but I got an error when installing it, I wanted to create a new topic but it won’t let me because these conversations are open

It looks like you are trying to upload the wrong theme archive. Check this article for help https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error
