a.sulich47ParticipantHello!
I had a few blog posts created in a previous theme. After I installed your theme I chose the Handmade prebuilt website and enabled Header Handmade under Custom single post header, but it seems like no header appears on top of my single blog posts. I tried switching to another header but still nothing. It also doesn’t have the sidebar like here: https://preview.themeforest.net/item/woodmart-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/20264492
It is just a plain page, you can view an example below. How do I make the posts all pretty like in the demo?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
On my side, the header appears – https://take.ms/zQtb9
Try to clear the browser cache and recheck the issue.

a.sulich47ParticipantHi sorry my bad! I believe I meant the title layout at the top of the blog post. I circled it in the screenshot 🙂
And then the sidebar from the screenshot doesn’t appear either.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
Kind Regards

a.sulich47ParticipantYes of course, please go ahead. 🙂

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It looks like some 3rd party plugins affect it, so I have disabled 3rd party plugins and created a test post and the title started to show, here is a video – https://take.ms/wgsme
So I suggest you disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerceThen recreate or reupdate the old posts and check how it works, then enable 3rd party plugins back.
Kind Regards

a.sulich47ParticipantAwesome! Thank you so much, will do that. Two more questions, is there a way to change the category section so that it displays blog categories instead of product categories? And then your demo shows those horizontal lines that make the design look really pretty, how do I achieve them?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Those pages were built via Elementor, to have the ability to change the posts via page builder, navigate to Elementor -> Settings -> enable post types https://take.ms/0yKom . That horizontal design is related to the Section title element.
Kind Regards

a.sulich47ParticipantHi! I tried it but then whenever I switch to Elementor, even with newly created posts, I still lose the post title element and the sidebar. Shouldn’t I be able to keep both the Elementor design and those elements, like in the Demo?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Most likely, it’s some conflicts of 3rd party plugins. Please disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent themeThen create a new post using Elementor and check whether the issue persists. Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Kind Regards

a.sulich47ParticipantHello!
I have the parent theme enabled and all those plugins disabled, tried to create a new blog post and the issue still persisted.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In the Elementor settings, define the “Theme” template here – https://monosnap.com/file/kjnCVEByzzyqBCLw4wOfRLBKl0tApI and then it should work well.
Kind Regards
