Unable to retrieve dynamic labels

Hello, I am unable to call ACF’s dynamic tags while editing the layouts page.
But when I changed the theme to Hello, I was able to call ACF’s dynamic tags normally again.
May I ask if Woodmart has any settings related to this?

I tried to add ACF on the default product page, but still couldn’t read the dynamic tags.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. Also, send the admin access via the private area.
