lplplplParticipantDear Support Team,
I am currently setting up a webshop using your template and I need to configure several product variations. A product would be a certain object, eg. a cup, and the variations are for customizations (eg. the occasion and the font to be used). So I have created a product “cup” and global attributes for occasion and font, and then I have created the product variation using the occasion attribute (because I want different occasions to be shown as separate products, not by font though). So far so good, the product shows as expected.
However, I also want to use the filter widgets that come with your template in the side bar. For instance, I want the customer to be able to filter by occasion, and I have created an attribute filter by occasion (pretty much out of the box of your template), which does show the different occasions and the number of products with this attribute. The problem is that once I click on an attribute, it does not show any products at all. Also on the product page, it is kind of weird that it always lists all three occasions instead of the one currently selected (maybe this is related).
It would be great if you could help me figure this out. Thank you in advance!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please disable this https://monosnap.com/file/pO7aHGBBdtEfdLtra4KB34VmoiOCW0 option and recheck the issue.
Kind Regards

lplplplParticipantHi Luke,
Thank you for your answer. The issue seems to be related to this, but it’s not solved.
I have deactivated the option, and directly afterwards the filter worked, but only for a single product. That is, I choose an occasion and I see one product matching that occasion, but not the others (although the number of products is shown to be >1). To rule out any misconfiguration within the products themselves, I have duplicated the product for which it works – but the filter doesn’t even show the duplicate, only the original, even though all the settings must be the same (I have double-checked by exporting all product info).
I also tried the Woodmart Woocommerce Layered Nav widget instead – facing the same issue, unfortunately.
Best regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I have resaved products that are related to that attribute and it looks like it works now – https://take.ms/d0uis
Let me know if you have any questions.

lplplplParticipantThank you so much for your help, I can confirm that it works now!
Do you have any clue as to why it works now as opposed to earlier? And you just resaved the products – that’s it? (in case the problem is recurring)
Anyway extremely happy to see this weird problem resolved.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It could be some issues with WooCommerce, I didn’t check how it works on the default theme. But I had a similar problem before and reupdating helped.
Thank you for your time and let me know if you have any questions.
Kind Regards
