The reviews bar breaks when the description is long

I switched to Storefront theme and keep WooCommerce plugin activated but the problem still persists, it also means our theme does not cause the issue. There are 2 ways to fix it:
1. Please follow this reply to enable Reviews for bulk products https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cannot-display-product-reviews-on-client-site/#post-16761349
2. You can create a dev site and run a fresh WordPress installation – without extra plugins to see if it works.
Devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:
