Elementor Form Submission is Not Working

    Hello,

    We encountered a strange issue with an Elementor Pro form on our website. We set up an Elementor form with an action to open a popup after submission. However, instead of opening the popup, submitting the form reloads the page. Normally, submitting an Elementor form would simply display a success message below the form without reloading the page.

    We contacted Elementor support, and they tested our site by changing the theme to Hello Elementor. This resolved the issue, indicating that the problem lies with our current theme, WoodMart. We need your assistance to resolve this issue.

    I’m going to share login access as private content so you can go ahead and investigate on this.

    Hello,

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

    Yes, please make sure to enable maintenance mode and do the testing as soon as you can. We get a good amount of traffic regularly.
