Send some screenshots for a better understanding of which icon is not showing. Also, send me access to the admin panel.

WoodMart theme is installed, but it’s only giving me an option to activate, not an option to preview before activating. I don’t want to activate it right away because I’m afraid that if I go back to my old theme, it will reset my pages, and I’ll have to redo the entire website again. Please let me know why I don’t see the option to preview and customize, so I can activate it if I like the upgrade

Also, did you try to check the dashboard menu after activating the theme?

i did activate the theme and now its showing on the dashboard but i have another issue , which i cant customize the theme before activation , i need to check how the theme will look before activating , activating the theme will rune my website temporarily until i finish setting it up with the new theme , any solution ?

It’s not possible to check the theme without activating it. This functionality comes from WordPress and our theme cannot influent it.
