How to add a banner speceficly for mobile

I wanna add another banner only for mobile, because this image isn’t responsive. Oh gosh making a banner is gonna be so damn hard, why is that? I don’t have control on anything

If you are using WoodMart Slider then please edit Slide > scroll down to Slide settings and you can change background image for mobile devices https://prnt.sc/VPSqnXY3Ca-W
In case you are using Revolution Slider, please refer to this article https://www.sliderrevolution.com/faq/display-different-images-on-different-screen-sizes/
Also, you can use Photoshop to prepare the desired image.
