Issue with Hiding “Related Products” Section in WoodMart Theme

Dear WoodMart Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently using the WoodMart theme for my e-commerce site and have encountered an issue with hiding the “Related Products” section in the product description. I have found the option to disable this section in the theme settings, but unfortunately, it does not seem to be working as expected.

Could you please provide further assistance on how to successfully hide this section? Your guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Issue with Related Products Section Appearing in Product Description

Hi Hung Pham,

Thank you for your response. However, I still have an issue with the “Related Products” section. When I add elements to the product description using the WPBakery plugin downloaded from WoodMart, the “Related Products” section appears. However, when I add elements using the classic editor, the “Related Products” section does not appear.

Could you please help me resolve this inconsistency?

Subject: Issue with Related Posts Section – Resolved

Hi Hung Pham,

Thank you for your assistance. I initially thought the issue was with the “Related Products” section, but I discovered that it was actually the “Related Posts” feature from the Jetpack plugin. I have resolved the issue by disabling the related posts feature in Jetpack.
