    Hi

    I am facing an issue with my home page. The home page is cracked and also the shop page. I have attached the link and screenshot to understand better what I am saying.

    Hello,

    Some 3rd party plugins could cause such an issue. Please disable all plugins except these ones:

    Elementor or WPBackary
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
    Enable the Parent theme

    Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know the result.

    Actually the Loco Translate Plugin is raised issue? Can you please tell me another Plugin which can be used for translate manually.

    Hello Luke,

    This Plugin is not able to Manually translate the URL and content. Can you please give me a new plugin that can translate manually content?
    When I added the plugin I saw the content which is mentioned given below.

    Hello Luke,

    I have down grade the version of my website. I confirm the WordPress version is old but the issue is with the Loco Translate Plugin I have installed it on the home page and the shop page is broken. Please check the theme I have shared the credentials with you.
    I need a solution ASAP.

    Hello,

    Now it works well – https://take.ms/eVJp4 as I do not see the Loco Translate plugin in Appearance -> Plugins.

    In general, the Loco Translate itself cannot affect the site in such a way, but the wrong translation in Loco can be a problem. So if you want to use that plugin, install it and activate so I can investigate it.

    If you do not want to use Loco, try to use the Polylang plugin.

    In general, Polylang is a multilingual plugin so it works a little differently. Here is some info:

    If it doesn’t suit you, activate back the Loco Translate and we will investigate that issue.
