    Hello,

The load more button on some categories doesn’t load products and the infinite doesn’t work as well. We had to activate normal pagination to work.

We tested by deactivated all plugins except woodmart core, wp bakery and woocommerce but still kept not working.

    Version 7.5.2

    Hi dunies,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

    Best Regards.

Yes you may deactivate them but please not for long as the website is live and there are buyers. I checked plugins this morning by deactivating them all.

    Below the details

Hello again, as this was kind of weird, I cleaned woo transients and I changed the number per page. Somehow it worked. No idea what it was but it works now. So no need to test. Thank you for your response!

Unfortunately the fix was temporary. I also came across this problem on another website which uses Woodmart. I think you need to check this issue.

    Hi dunies,

If so, you can create a dev site and update theme and core plugins to the latest version and let me know if it helps.

Devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:
