    As mentioned in the title, I would like to know how to change this blue color to another color

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    According to the screenshot, it seems you are using Presets for Cart layout. If so, you can go through the admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/ZtVlquKGd_vp

    And then you can change page title’s background color https://prnt.sc/X-CZPUwZ3Lvz
