Attribute A with a value A1, A2
if the product has attribute A1, then the product page will display a new tab name “About”+A and display A1 description in the tab section
if the product change attribute A2, then the product age will display A2 description
but I cannot remmeber how I can setup up for a new Attribute B

Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs > Additional tabs.
If you want to add more tabs about attribute content and all of these are static information, then you can add additional tabs in Product Setting of Single Product https://prnt.sc/RQPGowgjDQP2
