Cannot install woodmart theme although requirements are met

Hello,

I want to install woodmart on a new website.

First I got the error message “expired link, try again”, so I increased all values as required (followed your documentation here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/requirements-wordpress-set-up/).

Now when i click on install, it is not going further than “Unpacking the package…”. Even the loading icon stops after a while in the browser tab.

Thanks for reaching to us.

Actually, this issue mostly occurs because of the Max Upload Size Limit on Site from the Server-End. It is usually by default set to 1 or 2MB, so please ask your Hosting Provider to increase your Max Upload Size limit.

Would be nice if you would properly read tickets of your clients.

1) I even sent you the exact same documentation about the max upload size limit AND a screenshot that I DID THAT!!!

2) Also sent by myself. See screenshot I sent from website health.

Please have a look again, your answer does not help at all!

You can close this topic. I fixed it by setting woodmart up on my DEV server and migrated it then to the clients server.

Must have been something with the server configuration but the values looked fine. So no clue..
