Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you so much for contacting our support center.
To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
Regards

Also if you visit the general link of the shop the products show normally. (check screenshot)

support-1088ParticipantAdditional we also de-activated 3rd party plugings but the issue still remained.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Since the issue persists even with the default WordPress themes and after deactivating third-party plugins, it seems to be unrelated to the Basel theme.
Kind Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterWe see only a few errors generated three days ago. But there are no errors for now.
August 26, 2024 at 12:52 pm #592547
support-1088ParticipantMaybe is it a WPBakery Page Builder plugin issue?
In the updates it shows us ver 7.9 available. We also have another site that uses the basel theme . ( It has older version of basel theme 5.7.2) with no issues
August 26, 2024 at 12:57 pm #592553
support-1088ParticipantMaybe should we downgrade the woocommere version to see if it solves the problem?
August 26, 2024 at 2:26 pm #592602
support-1088ParticipantIs it possible to send us a prevoious version of basel theme in order to downgrade and check if the issue persists?
August 26, 2024 at 2:57 pm #592617
support-1088ParticipantWe downgrade the woocommerce version but that did not resolve the issue.
Can you please help us?
Checking the settings of the theme.
Thank youAugust 26, 2024 at 3:04 pm #592621
support-1088ParticipantEven if we choose “load more button” or “infinite scrolling” from the theme settings they do not work.
If you inspect the page it shows js errorsAugust 27, 2024 at 9:52 am #592808
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We can’t say exactly what is this problem caused by. But it is not related to our theme, and switching to load more button will not solve the problem.
Kind Regards

support-1088ParticipantThe only weird solutio we came up is changinr the permalinks to structure “Plain” with this setting there is no problem with the pagignation in woocommerce categories.
But if we make this change the seo will be afected .We found the following plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ , i do not know if it will help us with tracking permalink changes.
August 30, 2024 at 5:15 pm #594011
support-1088ParticipantFinallly We have solved the issue with the permalinks .
We faced problem with the plugin translatepress and based on the link
“The latest version (2.8.3) creates a very big problem with the permalinks and pagination in product categories does not work, resulting in a 404 error. The solution we found that finally resolved our problem was either deactivating the plugin and saving the settings in Permalinks to flush the old settings or just downgrading to an older version (downgraded to 2.5.3) and then flushing the permalink settings again.”
Thank you
