Issue with out of stock products

Hello,
I have an issue, got two sites with woodmart. on one of them, even if for over a week i havent modified/added new plugins or such, on products that have 0 stock, instead showing ”out of stock” it shows ”0 stock”

What I have done checking but still not working:

– cleared cache
-cleared transients
– optimized metadata posts
– checked and products are having the management of stock active
– tried to deactivate pluginis to see if there’s any conflict.

so, what else to do?

Also, tried to change to twenty theme and back to woodmart, now ive got error:

I dont mind. I hope it can be solved, including issue with theme reactivation and php error. same plugins are used on the other site using woodmart, no issues there

Let me know if I can be helpful to you. experiencing issues with customers due to site showing ”in stock” even for 0 stoc products. seems, due to theme’s PHP error, I cant place it into maintenance mode

Still waiting for news. I dont know exactly whats the issue and i dont know if applying an old backup would solve the theme’s problem

Thanks for your patience.

I tried to use File Manager to disable plugins but it didn’t work. I kindly ask that you provide me temporary FTP info (server, username, password, port) to Private Content area, I need to enable debug log and this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns in a more efficient.

Guys, I really need an answer, I dont know how to solve your theme’s issue, I am having trouble accessing even order’s tab, client’s are experiencing issues too on out of stock products, etc.

Guys, seriously, will this take 5 days to be checked out?

At least tell me a solution, I cannot check your theme’s configuration. From what I can see, its using a deprecated plugin to install the needed ones of the themes, and from there should be the error. But on admin part, the php error cannot be skipped so I cannot access products/orders/whatsoever.

no, issue persists, products with no stock are shown as “0 stock” with add to cart button available. should be “out of stock”

I mean, The “In stock”? column is binary, so 1 is true and 0 is false. If you have stock management, and the stock is 0, the columns should show “In stock?” as 0 (so out of stock), and “Stock” as 0 (as you have 0 stock of this product).

So I dont know what would’ve change that / or trigger changing it

I have tried to take around 5K Sku’s exported out of site, changed the value to of ”in stock” via CSV and imported it. 1 Hour later, everything came back as before, showing wrong status.
