    Hi,

    will you update the theme with cookie consent v2 which supports EU standards?
    We will need to let users choose statistics and marketing cookies to choose.

    I have such an error now:
    End users in the European Economic Area (EEA) must consent to their personal data being shared with Google for advertising purposes in accordance with the EU Consumer Consent Rules. Where data is not marked as consent-provided, this may impact ad personalization and measurement. Learn more about sending consent signals to Google Analytics

To comply with EU standards for cookie consent, you can configure this information in detail by navigating to Theme Settings -> General -> Cookie Law Info in your WoodMart theme.

    This area allows you to provide users with the necessary information and consent options. However, for more advanced cookie consent functionality (e.g., selecting specific types of cookies like statistics or marketing), you may need to integrate a dedicated GDPR/CCPA compliance plugin that supports these features.

    Hi,

    Your option is a basic option and if Europe is considered to consist of many countries, then the requirement is for all. If the theme you are making is not intended for the European market, I can agree with you, but I think you are trying to make it universal.

    In this regard, it is connected with analytics and Google, which is used by absolutely everyone in the world except for China maybe, and this is a requirement for the European market. It is necessary to consider improving the “Cookie Law Info in your WoodMart theme” to meet this standard.
