Product tabs suddenly changes to accordion for some of the products

    Hello!

    I am not using single products custom layout, just Woodmart default product layout with tabs under product. But time to time layout suddenly changes for some of the products to strange accordion. What could cause this? Always simple updating the product helps, but I can’t go always and check each product.. How to solve this?
    Adding 2 photos – as it should be and as it shouldn’t be, but there is…
    And for now, I haven’t updated product, so You can check the problem..

    Strange – it was showing the same in my colleagues and friends desktops as well. Now – yes, it shows correctly without clearing cache etc. And it wasn’t the first time.. But ok – will check further, to probably understand, when this happens.. 😉

    And one more question.. In MOBILE i have put settings with conditions to in single product page show accordion with all tabs closed, but the description tab now shows opened. I remember it worked correctly, because I am using this feature on my another Woodmart site as well (it was finished last year already). At the time in both of them in mobile accordion shows, but description is open and it is quite long. How to close description in MOBILE again?

    Hello,

    Try to use the theme preset feature of our theme for mobile device only and set the “Accordion state” field to the “All closed” option via Theme Settings -> Single product -> Tabs.

    Hello, Aizaz!
    I had already those settings. Saved again with them. Problem was solved only for few hours – then it came back. First tab was opened again in mobile.

    Tried to copy site to staging site and test more. Seems that the problem is with WP Rocket cache – without it works perfectly already few days. Is it possible that You can tell me, what to check in WP Rocket settings that could solve this problem?

    Hello,

    You can try disabling JavaScript or CSS minification/optimization. Clearing the cache and testing after these changes may help resolve the issue permanently.
