Product Category not Displaying

After I have removed most sample products from the theme and have created my own products and product categories, my own categories are not shown on the landing page and the sample categories (primary) are gone, and the sample “subcategories” remained.
What have I done wrong and how to fix?

You need to add the categories in the menu. Navigate to Appearance > Menu > Edit categories Menu > add the category menu item.

Thanks Aizaz for the reply. I have added testing category menu items but still it is not showing. Please find below and see if I have done it wrongly.

Navigate to Theme settings -> General -> Sticky navigation > Make sure that you have selected the correct menu.

Hello, I can see now where to choose which menu in the sticky navigation to show on the front page “All Categories” menu.
My problem is I could not find which “page” to add in the Menu structure under Appearance -> Menu, so that it will show the categories I have created under Products -> Categories under WooCommerce.
Am I expecting something that could be done?
I do not know how to link to Products > Categories to show the Categories I have created there.
