Thank you page is not displaying after completing the purchase

Currently, I have the thank you page activated on my website through the Woodmart theme options. It is configured as an HTML Block, and that HTML block has been linked from the theme to be displayed. However, the problem is that the thank you page does not show up after completing a purchase. It seems there is a bug that prevents the thank you page from displaying correctly.
I need assistance to solve this issue.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

We have found that it works with other themes. This is because the system being used is the native WooCommerce one and not the checkout process designed from the Layouts section of Woodmart.
It is also impossible to determine if the design created in the HTML Blocks section and linked to the thank you page is working correctly, as these options disappear when other themes are activated.
Please create an order and send us a generated Thank you page link. (use the account you shared with us)
Also, can we switch between themes on your website?

We checked with other themes and it doesn’t work too. Please test it from your end once again.
