MadrixParticipantHello,
I have a problem with my website.
My website is on “Coming soon” (Not live)
When I am on my website and logged into WordPress, everything is fine, but when I use private navigation, the structure of the product page is incorrect. I don’t have this issue with the other pages at the moment.
However, when I put my site live, the problem no longer occurs. And where can I reduce the product image size? (I don’t see in the Layout where I can change that)

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Try to disable the maintenance mode in WooCommerce Settings > Site visibility and check the issue.
Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Product page layout > You can choose different page layout depending on the product image size you need
Best Regards

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Yes, you need to disable the maintenance mode in WooCommerce Settings > Site visibility.
Now check back your site and check the single product image size.
Best Regards

MadrixParticipantWhen I put my site on “Live” it’s ok for the image size ! Perfect !
Thank you ! What did you do ?!Now I need when it is in “Coming soon” mode that should be like the 1st image and not like the second

And I have another problem that I think is related to the cache. The ‘Recently Viewed’ section on my page doesn’t work properly. When I’m in Admin mode, it only shows the last item I viewed. When I’m in Incognito mode, nothing appears. Previously, I had a lot of recently viewed items showing up, but now, even after clearing the cache and viewing six different products, only the last one I looked at is displayed, and in Incognito mode, nothing shows at all.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01. I have checked your site. It is live now.
02. The “Recently Viewed” section functions by tracking your browsing history using cookies. When you’re in Incognito mode, as a new user and cookies aren’t stored, which is why no recently viewed products are displayed.
Best Regards

MadrixParticipant01. I want to work on “Coming soon” mode not on “Live”
– Why is this not displaying correctly?02. Thanks for “Recently Viewed” in Incognito mode
03. Now, the “Recently Viewed” section in a Normal page showing only one product (the last one) (I followed the tutoriel to optimize the page) before that I think it was displaying 6 of them

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01. Try to create a page with the Maintenance mode content, set the Maintenance template in the page settings, and enable the Maintenance mode in the Theme Settings > Maintenance mode
Screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/bdHQjgJ02. You’re Most Welcome!
03. Recently Viewed displays the products recently viewed by Members and Guests on a separate page.
Best Regards

MadrixParticipantIf it is the only option I will do it… Thanks
And for the ‘Recently Viewed’ section, why is it showing only 1 product (the last one) when it was displaying 6 of them before ?
I visit 6 different product pages, and when I return to the main one, only one is displayed.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know i will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

MadrixParticipantHello,
Thank you for your feedback.
Cloudflare and WP Rocket were properly configured.
In the end, the problem was caused by the Cookie Notice.
The issue was resolved once the cookies were accepted. Can you tell me how and where, you were able to modify the image size on the single product page?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > Layout to edit Single product layouts and configure the gallery container and set the width.
Best Regards

MadrixParticipantHello,
Perfect, I couldn’t manage it because I was selecting the “product gallery” directly instead of the container.
You can close this topic.
Best Regards
Thanks a lot !
