WPBakery Editor doesn’t load on my website

When I tried to open my page editor with WPBakery, it keeps loading forever as shown in the picture attached in the Private content.

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– WPBakery Page Builder

My Website is an ecommerce website and often get visitors constantly coming.
I often use WordPress Troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins (for testing purpose) so that the live website doesn’t get impacted and all plugins are deactivated for only me as an admin.
Can you use that too, or is there another method you can use so that it doesn’t impact my live website?
In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

I have created a staging site and deactivated all plugins leaving only the below plugins as instructed:
– Woodmart Core
– Woocommerce
– WPBakery
Kindly find the login details of the staging site in the private content area

Thank you. We checked this website and see some 500 internal server errors when trying to edit some elements with WPBakery. Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/d4abc25cea8e71d716aaa1ae1cd29608
You need to contact your hosting provider and ask what is wrong there and what errors caused this 500 response.
