To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

I tried another theme and the problem disappeared. I went back to the original theme and the problem disappeared too. But this happened to me a while ago and the problem disappeared and came back again. I’m afraid the problem will come back and the technical support subscription has ended.
