pavel.vutkowParticipantHi,
After the last fixes and update of the builder, I have problems and they are related for now only to products that, for example, an empty space is inserted, with no parameter inserted. This breaks the whole product or page etc.
You can check the video in private space.
Please review and fix.
Thank youSeptember 2, 2024 at 9:12 am #594310Hello,
Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance.

pavel.vutkowParticipantHi, there,
I did it and the problem was the same.
If I add the option for space with missing parameters the product/ post is broken.
I provide you a login link in the private section. This is a live site so for investigation please use the maintenance mode. Thanks in advance
September 3, 2024 at 9:22 am #594731Hello,
Please check how it works with the default theme since it looks like a WPBakery bug.
Kind Regards

pavel.vutkowParticipantCan you guide how to test it?
This is currently a live site, do you want me to put up a new site?
PS It’s possible that it’s a bug in the builder, but shouldn’t you, as users of this builder, be able to fix it or submit it for a fix to your theme?
Regards,
PavelSeptember 3, 2024 at 11:47 am #594816We are not able to fix this in our theme’s code. It should be fixed in the plugin itself. Do you have any use cases when you don’t need to specify a value for that field?
Kind Regards

pavel.vutkowParticipantHello,
I don’t need it in principle. But it’s a bug and it’s a must to have it fixed. The reason is that I have several sites and this was a forgotten option.
I caught the problem at the last moment and quite by accident. But I also have another site that has over 200 products and posts etc. I don’t have a chance to go through all of them to see if I’ve forgotten something there.
So I’m asking you to provide feedback on a fix for the builder I’m using for your theme. I.e. I officially download it from your page and update it from the plugin part of the theme and surely no one will pay attention to me like you.
Thanks,
PavelSeptember 6, 2024 at 9:31 am #595649Hello,
From our experience, developers will likely either not fix this or it will take a long time to release the update. We suggest you to fix this on your websites manually. If you want, we can give you a workaround on how to fix this in the PHP code.
Kind Regards
