404 error when I want to use elementor
-
I successfully installed woodmart, but now when I want to edit the pages, I get a 404 error (when I click on edit with elementor). Can you please help me solve this problem?
Hello,
Navigate to Settings > Permalinks > Set the permalink to plain.
Also, follow this elementor manual:

If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
Best Regards.
Thank you! That solve my problem
Now I want to change builder to Wp bakery (I delete and reinstall wordpress and install woodmart again, and choose wp bakery instead elementor), and now I have the same problem. Solution with permalink doesn’t work. I get 404 error on all pages, when I want to edit them.
I have been working on the installation of this product for 3(!) days. Both Elementor and Wp bakery are included in the product. At first I was thinking of using Elementor, but since the license price for Wp bakery is much lower, I decided to use Wp bakery, which also doesn’t work. I don’t have time and patience to install Woodmart anymore. If there are so many problems with the installation at the beginning, I can only imagine how many problems await me in the future with this product. I don’t even get an answer to the question. I will wait a few more hours for the problem to be resolved, otherwise I will request a refund on Envato.
Hello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards
I already do this. Still not working
Hello,
This issue can happen if the server doesn’t have enough resources or if the server settings aren’t right. You’ll need to reach out to your hosting provider to fix it.
