I use this plugin premium. There is a form on the payment page where we upload an image or pdf file. This plugin works fine when I use another theme. But when I use woodmart, the file upload part of the plugin does not work. how can i solve this problem

As in the video, the file is uploaded to a different input.In AJAX post action the dataType appears as ‘JSON’. Shouldn’t the dataType be form-data?

Thank you for the video. Try to disable checkout custom layout in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Layouts and test how it works.
Yes, it worked when I did it this way. So can’t I use this layout actively?
It looks like this plugin works with the default Checkout layout only. You can consult with the plugin’s developers and ask why it doesn’t work with custom layouts.
