Hi,

The size guide on mobile phone is not closing properly. The X button that appear is not working and the only way that works is by clicking on any empty space above or below the size chart which it’s overall confusing for the customers.
On desktop/laptop works fine and as well on majority of Android phones. So mainly it’s a problem affecting on Iphone phones.

Hi Luke,
Thanks for the feedback.

Browser: Google Chrome – Last update available
Iphone 17.6.1 – Last update available

Check also on Safari and same problem (attached video)
Check with different Iphone models, versions, browsers and same problem.
It’s only working on Android phones.

Hello,

Disable the “WPC Smart Quick View” plugin, clear the cache and recheck the issue. It looks like that plugin adds additional styles to the magnific popup and it makes some conflicts.

Is there any way using only Woodmart Theme capabilities to convert a product link of a Bundle into a PopUp? I want customers to be able to see the full product description and size guide before adding it to the cart.

Hi,

The thing is that disabling the “WPC Smart Quick View” plugin, now the customer cannot see the product description and size guide before adding the bundle products to the cart. So my question was if there is any way to show the product page as a pop-up?

The Bundle Plugin I’m using can show the product in 3 different ways:
1- Link to the product in a new window
2- Link to the product in the same window
3- Pop-Up (this one is the one causing the problem so cannot be use it)

Option 1 and 2, won’t work as the customer will be redirected to the product page and out of the bundle, so If they buy the product, the bundle will be not applied.

I was trying to add a link below each product but wondering if can be open as a pop-up not a link. This is an example but it’s a normal link opening the full page, not a pop up.

Hello,

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
