Header informations not saving

    I tried to change my header content but after changed it is not saving
    I already did the following things,
    disabled plugins and tried to save again.
    PHP Max Input Vars value changed to 12000
    but I still have this issue

    Send me admin access to the website and send a screenshot of which one page the header is not changing.
