Hello, yesterday I submitted a ticket asking for your help to review why, when I make changes on the websites raligt.com and ralicostarica.com, which have a Woodmart theme license, I can only see the changes when I’m logged in, but they don’t appear live. I mentioned that it might be a server cache issue, but that’s not the case. There must be a problem with Elementor and the template for some reason I don’t know.

Right now, to see the changes live, I have to activate a cache plugin, regenerate the CSS files from Elementor, and then deactivate the cache plugin “Breeze.” If the cache plugin remains active, the homepage loses its appearance, but if I deactivate the Breeze plugin, the homepage looks fine live.

Could you please tell me if there is any conflict between Elementor and the Woodmart theme? Both the Elementor and Woodmart template licenses are active and theoretically working fine.

On the other hand, when enabling “catalog mode,” I need the “color” and “size” attributes to be visible on each product page, and replace the “add to cart/buy” button with a “request more information” button. When the customer clicks on the “request more information” button, a short form should open, automatically associating the bike model from the product page the customer is viewing. The form should include the following fields: Name / Email / Phone / Write your question.

    Hello,

    01. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    02. The catalog mode is used to disable the ability to buy a product from the website and it also hides the variations from the variable products. If you want to add a product query form,You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.

Hello, thanks for your quick response, ok.

But there is no way to activate the attributes and variations of the products in some way, through code?

    Thank you.

    Greetings.

    Hello,

These attributes are connected to add to cart button and that is why being hidden with catalog mode. You need to disable this option and then simply hide all shopping elements with CSS to leave attributes swatches.

    Best Regards
