Hello,
Unfortunately there is no option in theme settings to do it i n bulk. But Navigate to WooCommerce>>Settings>>Products. Then click Inventory. Tick the checkbox on “ Hide Out of stock product from Catalog”. It will make your variation swatches unclickable.
