advancedasParticipantHello,
There is an issue with the wishlist for logged in users. The wishlist items cannot be added, unless you log out, then the wishlist works as intended.
Can you please check? I have turned off WP Rocket, did not help, enabled Cloudflare development mode did not work, switched off all the plugins except woodmart core and woocommerce. Also tried to troubleshoot theme but twenty fourty theme does not have wishlist functionality so I couldn’t.
Can you assist with this issue? Seems some sort of issue with Ajax server-based wishlist identification for logged in users

Hung PhamKeymasterHi advancedas,
Thanks for reaching us.
In general, Wishlist, Cart and Compare pages should not be cached at all, so I suggest you exclude those pages from the cache plugin and recheck the issue.
Kind Regards

advancedasParticipantThey are excluded both from Cloudflare and from WP rocket. What else could be an issue?
September 25, 2024 at 12:07 pm #599964
Hung PhamKeymasterHi advancedas,
If you excluded pages from the cache and it still doesn’t help then you should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
Kind Regards

advancedasParticipantI have already did this as mentioned in my original post. I was not able to find any plugin conflicts on my site.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi advancedas,
Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

advancedasParticipantYes you can, but please remember which plugins were enabled and enable them again after troubleshooting.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi advancedas,
After deactivating these plugins and the issue still persists. You are using the CloudFlare CDN. So, please refer to the topic for more details https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360058270954-How-to-exclude-a-specific-URL-from-Cloudflare-s-caching

advancedasParticipantSo you disabled the plugins and left the website without plugins, are you kidding me?
I cannot believe you’ve done this. Its ecoomerce store with hundreds of daily visitors. I EXPLICITLY told you to enable the plugins once testing is done.
Where is Artem, you are really really bad customer service emplyee compared to him. Very unprofessional

Hung PhamKeymasterHi advancedas,
Sorry for all inconveniences.
After deactivated plugins for testing and figured out that issue still persists, I re-activated plugins immediately. You are using the CloudFlare CDN. So, please refer to the topic for more details https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360058270954-How-to-exclude-a-specific-URL-from-Cloudflare-s-caching

advancedasParticipantThe plugins were deactivated and left there. You have not enabled them back only woocommerce and woodmart core was enabled.
The Cloudflare is not the issue since development mode does not fix the problem, it still persists.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi advancedas,
As I explained above, the most issue caused that related to cache.

advancedasParticipantHow did you manage to resolve this cache issue?
October 6, 2024 at 4:25 pm #602839
Hung PhamKeymasterHi advancedas,
First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you due to the weekend.
I did nothing than deactivated and reactivated plugins, then everything worked again.
